Join us for a round table discussion about the importance of staff diversity within the student affairs and administration ranks of our colleges and universities. Diversity helps us build bridges and promotes the feeling of community. A former student leader will facilitate this discussion about how a diverse staff can better serve the diverse student population and their needs.
