Forgotten One? Favors? More Like Opportunities From Allah

On Thursday I said no to two favors from people who never ask about me unless they are in need, I was sad and upset. I started to think about the Prophet and he was so kind to his friends and how he always remembered them, can you imagine the Prophet forgetting about Ali or Omar?

While I writing this post I was thinking about the many lectures, conferences, or etc I have attended alone in the past year. But then I thought to myself, sorry to all whom I have said no to, and alhumdAllah for being alone because  Allah has answered my duaa, and "Ina Allah aind al qulb al muqasreneen" "Allah is with those who are broken hearted". Because sometimes it is though the broken heart you are able to remember Allah, the One who will remember you if you remember Him. People wont always remember you, they will forget you, but let the thought that Allah remembers you make you smile. I swear to Allah, the best times in life are those moments when you truly feel like Allah remembered you, when He provides you with answers to your duaa, or when He shows you His signs, ya Allah.
A favor from anyone, including the one who has forgotten you should never get us mad, because when someone in need it means Allah remembered you,  Allah the Most Merciful is giving you an opportunity to help . An opportunity to give for the sake of Allah, because everything you give will be added to your tab inshAllah..not in this dunya but in Jannah...with this mindset you will not feel forgotten because Allah is the One who remembered you, He choose you for the good deed, what an honor huh!?

Sometimes we only make duaa to Him when we are in need, and He is still  The Most Merciful, He is still The Giving.
