"Love,
Faith, Hope" The Foundations of Islam
"Love, Faith,
Hope".I love it, and I find it inspirational and after purchasing the
bracelet in the picture something came to my mind...these same words are the
foundations of Islam subahanllah...
If
you "love" Allah, and have "faith" in Him,
then you will have "hope" and you will be able to make it
through your difficulty, whether it is the loss of a family memeber, suffering
with sickness, failing in school, whatever the diffculty, apply these three
concepts in all aspects of your life and you will then truly understand and feel
the Prophets hadith: "Every affair of the Muslim is of good "
Hope?"Verily hope encourages and steers a person towards patience; hope arises from having a good opinon of Allah"-Scholar
Who other then Allah can you give a feeling of hope? People can give you hope, but thier hope is not the hope your heart truly needs, look for hope from the One Who never dies. Hope cannot come to the beleiver except until they love Allah, put thier trust in Him, and have faith in Him. If you love Allah you will understand and accept that everything He does is best for you, afterall He is the All-Knower.
Faith? "And when His verses are recited unto them they increase thier faith and put thier trust in thier Lord" -Quran 8:2
When they write faith on these bracelets and necklaces, etc what do they mean by faith? Can faith only be through religion? As a Muslim I beleive faith is the belief in Allah; that no matter what hardship you are going through Allah will bring you a beautiful feeling of ease; that is if you have faith, which also leads to trust in Allah.
Love? "A person travels to Allah through his heart"-Scholar
Without the love of Allah you will not understand the real meaning of faith...you have to truly love Allah to have faith in Him and put your trust in Him. To truly say with a loving heart,
" Allah will get me out of this, and I know this is what is best for me" If you love Allah faith will come along inshallah.
The message on this braclet can be summed up thorugh one quote:
" Knowledge of Allah leads to love of Him, fear and reverence (devotion) of Him, hope in Him and sincerity of action for Him alone. This is the cornerstone of the servants enjoyment"
