What You Fellas Lookin At? Deen before Beauty

You show off your goodies to that good lookin man, thinkin you gona get loved? Or possibly hitched? You show a strand of hair, a fake face, and some skin along the way, thinking this is the right way to get him? The face filled with cover up, its just make-up or shall I say made-up? Do you want him to judge you based on these fake not so perfect flawless things? Or do you want him to choose you based on something that goes beyond this world?

 

 

The Prophet gave man a choice of four..What do you want him to choose you for??

He said: “A woman is sought in marriage for four reasons; wealth, social status, beauty and deen (piety). So seek the one with deen – may you then be successful.”

 

 

You heard that fellas? This advice goes out to the sisters as well. Its okay if the man chooses her for her beautiful bangs, and the made-up face, but can he look beyond the pretty days? Can he look beyond the bad hair days? Can he look at her when her money and staus is at lost?

Ever wonder why my Prophet said religion before world?Why did he prefer this one over all four? Because religion is an everlasting beauty that can go beyond this world..its not just a moment in this life...this love goes beyond cloud 4,5, 9, whatever you guys be singing about... this love goes beyond the clouds, it goes to the seven Heavens, Paradise, and inshallah much more..

Wana know the true defeniton of ultimate success? The success the prophet tells us to look for?

Allah describes true success in the Quran, He says, "Gardens under which rivers flow to dwell therein forever, and beautiful mansions in Gardens of 'Adn (Eden Paradise). But the greatest bliss is the Good Pleasure of Allah. That is the supreme succes".

You can look at each others beauty, wealth, education and stauts, and wordly success, but you should ultimately look at the ultimate success. Its called Jannah, in case you aint know, that is the definition of being successful. Theres one thing you need to enter this eternal world; its called religion and belief in the One and Only Lord.

Now tell me what more can you look for?

So he can look for four, but what should she look for? His looks, status, or wealth?? Religion alone? No..no, we got much more to look for! The prophet said dont just look for religion but look for an additional plus..He said: “lf a man comes to you seeking marriage and you are satisfied with his deen and character, marry him"

You may wonder, hey how come looks are not involved?No looks involved..just good character and deen? Now you may ask does this mean we dont take looks into consideration at all? Na, Islam is fair, and there are many times where the prophet says looks also play an improtant role. But why is not a priority? Because the looks of youth are not everlasting, this is a fact you cannot deny.You will not stay young and beautiful forever, and that is why looks aint everything in Islam.

Prophet said: "whoever Allaah blesses with a righteous wife, then He has assisted him in half of his deen. So therefore, let him fear Allaah in the other half."
